Furious fightback
The sixes travelled to Chichester to take on the chipmunks on a sunny Saturday. Riding high on recent previous performances and confident of a good result.
A lack lustre first half with minimal communication and movement off the ball led to the chipmunks leading 1-0 at the break.
However, after a rousing team talk from the Captain at half time, the men in green bolstered themselves by sticking a quick goal into the roof of the net, early in the second half, courtesy of Webby, to equalise the scoring.
Havant then pushed home their advantage with a scramble zone goal from Will Uddy (although some reports say the ball was stuck in the defenders shoe, who then fell into the goal).
Score at the final whistle was 2-1 Havant, a well deserved win.
